Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED: 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MINTARO (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is a non-custodial, client-side interface that helps you build and submit Solana transactions from your own wallet.
2. Non-custodial nature
MINTARO never takes custody of your funds, private keys, or seed phrase, and never has the ability to move your assets. Every transaction is constructed in your browser and signed by you in your own wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and reviewing each transaction before approving it.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token is a technical action, not an offering or a promise of value. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including securities, tax, and consumer-protection laws.
4. Fees
The Service charges a creation fee, displayed before you sign, which is paid on-chain to the operator's wallet as part of your transaction. Solana network fees and account rent are paid to the network, not to us. All fees are non-refundable because blockchain transactions are irreversible.
5. Irreversibility & user responsibility
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of every field (name, symbol, supply, authorities). Revoking authorities is permanent. We cannot recover mistakes.
6. No endorsement of user tokens
Tokens created with the Service are created by users, not by us. We do not review, verify, control, or endorse any token, and we are not responsible for how any token is used or marketed by its creator.
7. Not a broker, exchange, or custodian
MINTARO is a software tool. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or custodian, and it does not facilitate trading, offer liquidity, or hold assets on your behalf.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transactions will succeed. Third-party dependencies (wallets, RPC providers, the Solana network) are outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINTARO and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
